DRACO (c) Vs JESSE WILLIAMS

Stipulations: First fall will be decided in a Glass Hell in a Cell, where we will see a glass cell lowered around the ring. The only way to secure the first fall is by pinfall or submission.

The second match is a Circus Death Match. Above the ring is a scaffold and under that scaffold there is a type of circus net made of barbed wire. When a wrestler falls off of the scaffold the barbed wire spider net is there to "catch" the wrestlers. After a wrestler, or a team of wrestlers, have been thrown into the net it is cut down. Win by pinfall AFTER the net has been cut down.

The final fall, if necessary will be decided in a Normal Match where you can only win by pinfall or submission.

Winner will become the last Public Display of Aggression Champion and Women of Wrestling Champion and the FIRST OWF Universal Champion, as both belts will be unified as the Universal Champion. All matches will be stretched out over the card.

ENCLOSED CAGE MATCH

Stipulations: Typical steel cage fixed to the ring, except with a top enclosing the cage. Win by pinfall or submission ONLY. No escape.
