The goal of this project is to make all of the available Ontario Vital Statistics Indexes (OVSI) available to the public via the web. This includes Births, Deaths and Marriages from 1869 to the most recent releases. Currently that number totals 3692 records. Don't let that low number trick you. That actually translate into millions of people! This number will grow by 78 new records a year as Ontario Archives releases a new year of records per event to the public.
