2 cups White Zinfandel (or other wine)
6 cups sugar
1 box Sure-Jel
wax to seal
Combine wine and sugar in stock pot.  Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.  Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.  Add Sure-Jel.  Bring to a rolling boil.  Boil 1 minute (or more) longer.  Remove from heat.  Skim off foam. Fill wine glasses (or jars) 2/3 full and seal with wax.
