| Here's the plan...It's not a story this time. And it's not very long. I'd say it's half word problem and half truth statements. Who remembers high-school math? I do. And I hated it. But this seems to be the best way to get the point across. Truth statements can be done in a couple of ways, but the only one I remember is IF -> THEN. IF something happens -> THEN something else needs to happen. So this is a series of statements in IF -> THEN format, and everytime something should have happened for the statement to be true, IT DIDN'T! This is my hatred. 1) IF Dewan took Mandy's 5:30am shift -> THEN Dewan should be at the hotel at or before 5:30am. He was not. 2) IF Dewan has car trouble at 3:40am -> THEN he should be able to find a ride to work in the one hour and fifty minutes he has to waste before he has to be at work. He did not. 3) If the cafe is advertised to open at 6:00am -> THEN the cafe manager should make sure someone is there to open the cafe. She did not. 4) IF nobody is available to open the cafe -> THEN the cafe manager should not say that the cafe will open whenever the next cafe employee comes in, the cafe manager should come in and make sure the cafe is open on time. She did (pt. 1) and she didn't (pt. 2) 5) IF the next cafe employee is Tameka at 7:00am -> THEN Tameka should be at the hotel at or before 7:00am. She was not. 6) IF it is 7:15 and Tameka is not at the hotel -> THEN the busboy should not allow people into the cafe and serve them food, knowing that he never learned how to work the register and the guests wouldn't be able to pay for their food. He did. 7) IF Security calls the cafe manager and tells her that the cafe is open and there is only a busboy who can't take people's money for the food he is serving them and the 7:00am employee is nowhere to be found -> THEN the cafe manager should not say that it is her day off and she can't come in because she's sleeping. She did. 8) IF the cafe manager tells Security to have the busboy call Tameka and find out where she is -> THEN the busboy should not tell Security "I've never called anyone before...I don't know how." He did. 9) IF Security calls Tameka at home due to a retarded busboy -> THEN she should not answer the question "Do you know you were supposed to be at work at 7:00am?" and it's 7:25am -> THEN she shouldn't answer "Yes." She did. 10) IF Tameka arrives 40 minutes late for work and only came in that early because Security called her at home and told her to get her lazy ass to work -> THEN she shouldn't complain to Security, when she arrives at work, about the 5:30am employee not being at work so she could come in late and not get in trouble. But, of course, she did. She complained about not being able to come in late to work. Jesus, if you truly exist, please take these disgusting abominations from your people. Please. And your lawyers should probably contact Mel Gibson's people so you can get some royalties from that movie. Something good should come out of it. Until next time. |
