1. Board Meeting

Overlook Board Meeting (Wednesday, May 10, 2000 at 7:00 PM)

Address: 13089 60^th St. (head south on 58^th Street to Ulmerton Rd., turn right, then second left onto 60^th Street; building is on left appx. Half way down the street)

If you have a situation that you must call C.M.C., ask for Cal's voice mail. He will make every effort to get you an answer within 2 business days. If you are having trouble dealing with C.M.C. then please contact a Board Member.

3.       Have You Seen It?

4.       Party Time

Come Join Us for a POOL PARTY, Saturday June 3rd, 4:00-8:00PM.  Hamburgers & hotdogs provided.  Live entertainment by "Mikey Likes It".  Please bring a side dish or dessert.  We need a large grill and volunteers to cook.  RSVP to Lucy Lorden at 524-0009 by May 31st.

6. Guest Parking

When you have guests visiting during the day, please ask them to park their cars in your driveway or in the street, without getting on the grass.  Our sprinkler heads have been broken due to this.  Thank you!

 

7.  Jumping the Pool Fence

 

Please do your part as a resident of Overlook.  If teens or anyone are jumping the fence to get to the pool, please advise them to leave.  All Overlook residents have a pool key, so it is safe to assume they don't live here if they are jumping the fence!

 

8.       HELP!  Saturday, May 20th 9:00 AM VINE CUTTING

 

There is a major erosion and vine problem on the circle at the end of Branch Drive.  In an effort to save money we are planning a vine cutting to help save the trees along the bank and therefore help with the erosion problem.  If you are able to volunteer a few hours, please call Beth Borzoni at 536-7217.  Soft drinks will be provided!

 

9.       Removal of Landscaping  Debris

Our trash removal company will remove landscaping debris only if it is tied into bundles and weighs less than 50lbs.

 

10.    Let Us Know!

 

Does your garage door or front door need to be repainted!  Call and add your unit to the list.  The Board will do a walk through before the work is done to be sure it is warranted.  Beth Borzoni 536-7217.

 

11.  Thanks to our Volunteers

 

Our thanks goes out to Bob Royer and Jim Rankin for painting the sails at the entrance to Sea Brooke.  Great Job!

 

Thanks so much to Joe Frangione for volunteering to represent Overlook on the Master Association.

Also, thanks to Harold & Mae Anderson for keeping the lovely flowers around the pool fence healthy!

 

Also, thanks to Lucy Lorden and Anne Tomlin for volunteering to be the Social Committee.
