1. Board Meeting

Overlook Board Meeting (Wednesday, August 16, 2000 at 7:00 PM)

Location: Actron Engineering

Address: 13089 60^th St. (head south on 58^th Street to Ulmerton Rd., turn right, then second left onto 60^th Street; building is on left appx. Half way down the street)

Have a request or complaint?

a.        Submit it in writing to CMC to Cal Brummett’s attention

b.       Send a copy to Beth Borzoni, Secretary; so that the Board has a copy of your letter

If you have a situation that you must call C.M.C., ask for Cal's voice mail. He will make every effort to get you an answer within 2 business days. If you are having trouble dealing with C.M.C. then please contact a Board Member.

 

3.                   Board Member Resigns

At the July Board of Directors Meeting, Bob Brand resigned his position as Treasurer.  Bob and his wife Marlene will be moving out of the area soon.  Joe Frangione, graciously volunteered to take Bob's place.  The Board appointed Joe as Treasurer.  A BIG THANKYOU goes out to Bob for his service to our community.  He went above and beyond the call of duty often!

There will be two more Board positions available soon.  Carol Muehlbauer and Beth Borzoni are also leaving the community in the near future.  Soon you will be receiving official notice of the Annual Meeting, which is scheduled for September 13^th at 7:00 PM at Actron.  There will be elections at that time.  Please consider helping your community by Volunteering to serve as a Board Member.

4.  Newsletter Editor

II hope that you all enjoyed the monthly (usually) contact of the Overlook News.  However, with the sale of my home, this will be the last Newsletter I will be writing!  If you have access to a computer, and would be interested in taking over the Newsletter, please call me!  Beth Borzoni  536-7217.
