1. Board Meeting

Overlook Board Meeting (Wednesday, April 12, 2000 at 7:00 PM)

Location: Actron Engineering

Address: 13089 60^th St. (head south on 58^th Street to Ulmerton Rd., turn right, then second left onto 60^th Street; building is on left appx. Half way down the street)

2.       New Overlook Web Site!

KUDOS to Joanne Kuzma for developing a website for our community.  The site can be accessed at www.geocities.com/overlooktownhomes

The site  contains the following sections:

·          Home/overview page

·          News/events

·          Newletters (complete newsletters from 12/99 onward)

·          Board of Directors

·          Rules/Regulations - contains ALL the articles of incorporation, declaration of restrictions, bylaws and rules

·          Maps - great to show visitors or realtors how to find us

·          Links to other relevant sites

·          Suggestions and how to contact us

3.       Speed Humps

Over the next few weeks, 5 speed humps will be installed in our community.  3 on Overlook, 2 on Branch.  This is an effort to make our community SAFE!

4.       Tree Trimming & Removal

Over the next week Luke Brothers will be pruning and trimming all of our trees with the exception of palm trees throughout the community marked with orange paint.  These are all common areas and are to be removed soon.  The landscaper has advised us this is necessary in preparation for the new sod that will be installed in the near future.  Please be patient as this work is done, as it may take several days!

b.       Send a copy to Beth Borzoni, Secretary; so that the Board has a copy of your letter

If you have a situation that you must call C.M.C., ask for Cal's voice mail. He will make every effort to get you an answer within 2 business days. If you are having trouble dealing with C.M.C. then please contact a Board Member.

 

7.  Mailbox Cleaning

Our new mailboxes can be cleaned easily with windex and a wipe down.

 

8.       Thank You

Our thanks goes out to Harold & Mae Anderson for planting the beautiful flowers outside the pool.

 

9.       Pool

Well, the warm weather is back, here are some things to keep in mind when using the pool.

·          Please remember to return pool furniture to where you found it.

·          Turn off all lights and lock restrooms when finished.

·          No glass containers at the pool area.

·          No diapers in the pool.

10.    Volunteers

 

Your community needs YOU!  We are currently looking for volunteers to head up a SOCIAL COMMITTEE!  Now that the warm weather is here it would be great to have a get-together ad welcome all of our new neighbors!  Also, we need representation from Overlook on the Master Seabrooke Board.  Please call a Board member if you can help!

 

11.    CLASSIFIED - DO YOU LOVE CANDLES?

12.    CLASSIFIED - GARAGE SALE

This Saturday (4/1) from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM at 3093 Branch Drive.  A variety of items will be for sale including golf clubs and the following:

Sofa and love seat for SALE, pastel, floral pattern $350.00

13.    CLASSIFIED - WEB SITE DESIGN

 

If you are interested in web site designer assistance for your personal or company web site, please contact Joanne Kuzma, [email protected] or 530-3090.  "I am completing my Web Master Certificate at SPJC, and have extensive prior computer and consulting experience."

 

14.    CLASSIFIED - LANDSCAPING

 

If you need landscaping for your individual gardens or backyards, Joanne Kuzma and her associates have completed several yards along Overlook and Branch.  Feel free to call for estimates and some great ideas.  530-3090 or [email protected]

It's time to update Overlook's Directory!  Once this project is complete, each homeowner will receive a new one!  Please complete the below information and return this portion to any Board Member.  This directory is for our use only and will never be give or sold to anyone.
