Dump one bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips into a sauce pan.
Add one can of sweetened condensed milk.
Heat over low/med heat and stir until smooooooooooth.
Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla.
Pour onto wax paper and chill.
It's so good you will swear it's the expensive stuff.
