| Pacey and Joey oversleep and miss the bus back to Capeside. While they wait for a ride, there is awkwardness and tension between the two of them. Pacey asks Joey what she will tell Dawson if he asks if they did it and she tells Pacey she will have to tell Dawson the truth. Pacey is woried about his performance and when Joey tells him last night was nice, he is a little upset. She tells him unlike him she has nothing to compare it to, but it was amazing. She tells him that when she looks back and remembers her first time, more than anything, she will remember him brushing her hair out of her face and how safe and secure she felt at that moment. The conversation seems to ease the tensions between them. As punishment for breaking into the hotel mini-bar, Jen is sent to a psychologist. Jen dosen't want to be there and just before the psychologist lets her go, he gives her a short analysis of her and hits home. She decides to stay and try it out. Sensing something different in Joey, Dawson finally asks her if she and Pacey had sex on the ski trip. He tells her that she doesn't have to answer and that it was not right for him to ask. She decides to answer anyways and lies and tells him she didn't. |
