Did you predict what happened in tonights episode?? Joey was locked in a storage closet with Drew all night. Did Drew deliberately lock them in?? When she fell he caught her and kissed her. She punched him with a good right cross that left a nasty bruise. Gram's and Mr. Brooks are now actively pursuing a relationship despite the fact that Mr. Brooks is dying. Pacey and Gretchen took a road trip to retrieve her car from her ex-boyfriend. When she arrive's, her car is out of comission. Pacey spends the day trying to get Gretchen to hook back up with her ex to keep Gretchen from his newly reunited friend Dawson. Later that evening, at a party for Gretchen, Pacey realizes what a jerk Nick actually is and tells her she deserves better than him. She informs him that she knew that already. Pacey is a little upset however when he see's her go upstairs to his room with him later that evening. Don't worry though, Gretchen comes to her senses before anything happens and realizes that Nick is no good for her. The following morning, Pacey has Gretchen's car back to new and she informs him that nothing happened. While they talked about the kind of guy she deserves, they both realize that she deserves someone like Dawson. When she arrives home she finds a letter from Dawson tacked to a post on the porch. Dawson had wrote this letter to her about 6 years ago, and it took a lot of pushing from Jack for him to leave the note at Gretchen's. While the letter is being narrated the closing scenes are shown. This episode ends with Pacey and Joey cuddling on a dock, Mr. Brooks giving Grahm's earrings to show her he is fond of her, Mr. and Mrs. Leery watching a video of the ultrasound of their baby, and finally, Gretchen gets in her car and cries as she drives to Dawson's house. He asks her what took her so long and she tells him she had a few things to take care of. The two of them share a long romantic kiss.
