| We found this episode rather funny. In the opening the Principals boat is found in the school's pool with his Golden retriever sitting on it and Class of 2001 painted on the sail. When the dog gets off the boat he goes straight to Jack. The grilling begins. Dawson, Pacey, Jack, and Drue are all suspected of pulling the prank. Paceys aliby is that he spent the entire day riding in the patrol car with his brother looking for the person that stole the dog and the boat. Pacey also spent the day criticizing his brother. Dawson spent all day at Mr. Brooks' house cleaning the old man's study except from 1:30-3:30 when he was seen with Gretchen. Jack had a soccor practice and a big game that day. His decision to put Molly in as the Goalie got him fired even though he won the game. Mollie over heard the fathers telling him that they didn't like that he let Mollie be the Goalie. This upsets her and she runs away. Now we are down to Drue. He was seen buying paint, he was in the warehouse that the boat should have been in, and he has no alliby so he is found guilty and suspended for two weeks. Now, remember the pact made between Dawson and Pacey during their Freshman year to pull off the prank to end all pranks? Well, they got off scott free. There are minor loop holes in their allibies, such as Dawson missing from 1:30-3:30 and no one could prove Pacey wasn't in bed asleep at 9:30. Needless to say Drue was framed. Pacey and Dawson bury the evidence, and Jack consoles Mollie and tells her he wasn't fired because of her. He was fired because people don't like who he is in his personal life. It seems to help. Be sure to catch next weeks episode. Will Joey leave Pacey for Dawson? |
