| The dreaded probing about college from high school counselors begins. Andie's college application's have already been delivered and she is anxious to know what else she can do. Jack has been waiting to start the football season, but dislocated his shoulder during practice and will be lucky to play in the playoff's. Andie's constant complaining about his lack of interest in filling out college applications is really getting to him. Drue, not sure if it was to gain popularity, or to annoy Jen, throws her a birthday party when it isn't her birthday and invites half of the school. Many things have changed, but with the present Drue gives to Jen, Jen knows he is still bad news. ( Want to know what the present is? E-mail me with your age and the month and year you were born and I will e-mail you with the answer. Be sure to include your e-mail address) Joey is upset that she is only fourth in her class. She is so upset in fact that she has too many drinks at the party and gets into anarguement with Pacey and he has to carry her out. Before she left, Jen, Joey, and Andie made a pact to meet back on the dock in five years to find out what each of them have done with their lives. When Pacey gets Joey home, he informs her that she can go to whatever college she wants because he will go with her. ( She had almost decided to stay in Capeside and be with him!) Gretchen landed a job as the new Bartender at Leery's Fresh fish. After the party she probes Dawson about what is bothering him. He admits that he has seen Joey and Pacey hold hands, he's seen them kiss, and that tonight, he saw them fight, and that seeing them fight hurt more than any thing else he's seen them do. (Reason: He saw that they were even in love when they fought, and how much they still cared for each other when they fought.) |
