I would like to thank the former excutive for all their efforts, particulary Genny Billingsley who has held the OVCP together for over 10 years.
Last year (2002/2003) only three people plus a teacher rep served on the board .
It is quite clear that for the OVCP to function effectively and serve it members that a full board elected.
