Harley Adventure
Rented a Harley Davidson Fat Boy. Rode my Fat Boy through Golden Gate Park, with Romie and Courtney following close behind. Much fun! Then off to tapas with Ed. Thanks Court! April 14, 2004.
Honolulu, Hawaii
A week of paradise. We snorkeled, hiked, ate yum food (everyone should try poi), did the luau thing, and stopped by the zoo. Even saw a Japanese wedding party on the beach! A great time! May 19 - 25, 2004.
Summerdance in Grant Park
Every Wednesday night guest DJs spin house, techno, jungle, or tribal in Grant Park! Tons of different types of people come out for the free show and dance together rain or shine! I fell in love with Chicago here while Derrick Carter was spinning great Chicago house! June 23, 2004.
Trader Todd's Karaoke
Kitchy karaoke bar in Lakeview with bitchy waitresses. Oh well, we got to belt out songs we barely knew! Met new friends and discovered the joy of erotic photo hunt! June 25, 2004.
Fourth of July Weekend!
What a weekend! Hanging out with friends. Listened to a free Counting Crows concert at the Taste of Chicago festival. Watched a horizon of fireworks on someone's rooftop. Got a little happy... great fun! July 2 - 4, 2004.
Trader Todd's Part 2
Michelle won free drinks for an hour at Trader Todd's. After being robbed the last time we were there, we went back to get our money's worth. Here you'll see Symon and Graham's 14 shots, they got through 9 before the waitress took the rest away. We hung out at the beach afterwards. Symon was a little tired. Pure hilarity. July 10, 2004.

Court Visits Chicago
Courtney took a brief vacation from California to visit. We went to the last week of Summerdance, took a quick zip through Chicago highlights, clubbed at Le Passage, and goofed off! August 25 - 28, 2004.

Halid invited me to a party on his friend's boat. I swam in Lake Michigan for the first time and hung out with some great people. September 1, 2004.
Romie Visits
Romie came to visit over Labor Day Weekend. We went to a Board Game/Toy Expo, played chess in Millenium Park, had dessert at Bittersweet, took an Architecture Boat Tour, and spent some quality time together. September 3 - 7, 2004
Hawaii: The Big Island
Romie and I met up on the Big Island for a weekend to celebrate his birthday. It's a crazy island that is dry on one side and tropical on the other. We went fluming through old irrigation waterways, walked through lava tubes, and saw black sand beaches. One night we tried to hike up to see actual lava flow, didn't quite make it there, but it was still an experience. September 24 - 26, 2004
24th Birthday: Da Girls in Chicago
Karen, Vicki, Jen, and Amy came to visit me for my birthday. Oh man, what a weekend! The girls got a taste of Chicago. We went dancing at Zentra. Karen got her belly button pierced! (thanks romie, for the beautiful cake) It was a rockin' good time! Don't y'all wish you lived in Chicago now? THANKS GALS, this was definitely a birthday to remember! Halloween 2004
Wearing my Space Camp jumpsuit from 8th grade, I was a Space Cadet for Halloween. I only got away with it because I actually did go to Space Camp. Michelle was a Sex Therapist. Rik was Jean Luc Picard. The Oscar and Cookie Monster duo was cute, Oscar�s mom and grandma made those costumes! The last two are from the Halsted Halloween Parade. All photos courtesy of Tabitha. Weekend Home: Zachary�s Pizza and Night out in SF
Karen, Courtney, Ed, Brad, and I went to Zachary�s for what I still contend is the best Chicago style pizza anywhere. A couple of days later, we tromped about SF. I think we ended up at Bubble Lounge. Great end to an emotional week. December 8 - 11, 2004
TLee�s Visit to Chicago
My friend, Tim, came to visit me in Chicago! He got to explore while I worked. We spent one evening at Neo, a gothy club playing 80s industrial rock, and had a fabulous time singing and dancing. They played all the songs that I didn�t know I knew the words to! Tim, Tabitha, and I also ice skated at Millenium Park. While waiting in line at the ice rink, a mob of Santas and one Dradle on bicycles passed us by (I love Chicago!). December 15 - 19, 2004
