Maman Terrace is a macrobiotic restaurant and food store which also includes an organic soup and sweet shop (interesting combination...). They sell a number of vegan groceries including stock cubes, jam (jelly for the North Americans), sugar and soy mayonnaise. They have quite an extensive menu which was vegan until they moved to Shinsaibashi but which may have changed to include some not so vegan options. One of the managers speaks English.

Chien-Fu
Phone: (06) 6832 6866
Address: Senri Chuo Chinatown, 5th Floor, Selcy Shopping Centre

Selcy Shopping Centre is connected to Senri Chuo station on the Midosuji subway line.

Chien-Fu is a vegetarian Chinese restaurant and many of their meals are reportedly vegan. More details to follow.

Little Little Forest
Hours:  Every day from 11am to 8pm
Phone:  (06) 6258 5166
Address:  1-6-14 Nishi-Shinsaibashi, Chuo-ku

Closest station is Shinsaibashi.  The restaurant is quite easy to find.  It's in the Big Step Department Store on the 2nd floor.  If you're having trouble finding the building just ask someone cos almost everyone will know where it is
.

This restaurant serves one or two meat dishes and their miso soup contains fish for some strange reason.  However, they do have some vegan dishes and they use organic vegetables sourced from neighbouring Okayama Prefecture wherever they can.  It's in the middle of America-mura with a good view of the usually crowded street below so it's a nice place to watch the parade of oddly-clad individuals as you sip your soy milk dandelion coffee
.

Free Will
Hours: Every day from 11:30am to 2am
Phone: (06) 6398 0535
Address: 1F Shin-Osaka Building, Hommachi 1-6-1, Mikuni, Yodogawa-ku
Closest station: Shin-Osaka (20 minute walk)

This is an organic restaurant that isn't vegetarian or vegan but has some vegetarian meals.  Haven't been there so I'm not sure what the menu is like
.
