This challenge gave us a lot more creative freedom. The requirement for this challenge was to make a page on notepad without the help of other formatting programs, and to try to make a new layout playing with the rows and columns. It was hard to come up with a Layout that I had not made before, since I do a lot of them and I seem to have hit a little creative block, so something more challenging than what I would normally do, was harder than I thought. This layout was made entirely on Windows Notepad, and it was really hard to get the width to work out right, I think I spent 3 days on it (which is more than I've ever spent on a layout). I even checked the page on 3 different resolutions and it works well on higher ones, and I do get a lot of sidescrolling on 800x600 (will figure out how to fix that soon). Would I do this layout again? Probably, specially if I was able to use Dreamweaver or any other formatting program that will make my life easier...lol.
