The Mercurius is one of the two mobile suits built by the Gundam Engineers based on the Tauros incorporated with Gundam Technology. It is meant as a partner to the Vayete. The Mercurius is purely defensive. It's beam gun is weak and although it's crash shield can turn into a beam sabre, it isn't very effective. What makes the Mercurius unique though, are its planetary defensors. These disk shaped, compact force-field generators provide a strong defense barrier around the Mercurious that can deflect most of the Gundams' arsenal.

Unlike the defensive Mercurius, the Vayeate is designed for offensive tactics. It's only weapon is a beam rifle derived from the Wing's buster rifle. The Vayeate's beam rifle is attached to an external power generator on the Vayeate's back. This enables it to fire repeatedly without recharging.

     By far the weakest and most mass-produced mobile suit, the Leo, is highly used throughout Earth and space. Inspite that so many nations use it and that it has been specified and upgraded, only two models that are used the most. There's the Military model which is used on Earth, and the space model for the colonies. It can adapt to most weapons but it basically uses the 105mm. rifle. An upgrade has been designed in which the military Leo has a jet pack for flight. It's well rounded in all abilities though it has no specialty.
