Story

Rikochet is a student at the Foremost World-Renowned International School of Lucha. He is a proud, hard-working, excellent pupil who dreams that he will one day achieve his ambition of becoming Luchador Supreme.

Buena Girl is Rikochet's classmate, and a descendant of the Slamazonian warriors. She closely follows The Code of Masked Wrestling, and will always chastise anyone who doesn't follow the rules, even if she has to shout it out.

Rikochet and Buena Girl usually hang out alongside their mutual friend and comic relief, The Flea. In spite of having another same-aged companion in their misadventures, however, it is quite clear that Buena Girl and Rikochet are an ideal couple.

For one thing, like Jenny & Brad, they're already best friends, something that animated couples usually start out as. And as if that isn't enough, they're constantly spending time together even when they don't need to. Additionally, Buena Girl even tends to make her hidden feelings for Rikochet so obvious (such as in "The Mummy with the Golden Mask" and "Big Buena Sellout"), it's a mystery as to why she hasn't actually bothered to admit it yet. In fact, "¡Mucha Lucha!" creators Eddie Mort and Lili Chin have even confirmed that, if they were to continue production of the show, Rikochet & Buena Girl would indeed end up becoming a couple.

So, as one watches "¡Mucha Lucha!" and takes note of the hints listed below, it becomes obvious to them that if any two Luchadores are going to eventually fall in love, it's bound to be Rikochet & Buena Girl.
