In 1872 the old James farm was still owned by Zerelda James Samuel the
mother of Frank and Jesse. The James boy's came and went during time's
of the old west. As well proven, Tennessee was just a horse ride away for
Frank James. Jesse would also follow Frank James's lead and follow his
brother Frank into Tennessee.

In 1872 the bank of Liberty was still called the Liberty bank. The bank was
placed on the historical map when two individuals entered the Liberty bank
and took of it's contents. Frank James and Cole Younger is accredited at
the robbery of the Liberty bank.

The old James farm is no longer in the family, and is now known as the
Jesse James Farm and Museum.

Only recently has the Liberty Bank located in Clay county, Mo  changed
it's name from the Liberty Bank to the Jesse James Bank Museum.

Frank James no longer is at the James farm, and is buried at the Hill
family cemetery at Independence, Missouri.
