History & Tidbits
During my years (late 50's to early 60's) at 12 Center Street, ( Gram Mullin's house) we had quite a houseful.  The 4 Kashubas' were upstairs, and downstairs were: Gram, foster children Linda and Jean Luce, and for several years Fran, Paula, Pam and Dan.  Having one tub for all was quite a challenge.  We ALL took our baths on Saturday, with water heated on the coal stove, this was after we had our exlax (once weekly) and Father John's Tonic (vitamins) daily.  The coal stove was excellent for burning toast, my personal favorite.

Anyway, I digress.  We often split into two groups:
The Big Girls:  Mary Ann, Linda & Paula
The Little Girls:  Jayne, Jean & Pam
Dan
was the "odd ball".

Big Girl Linda
has been, and continues to  be going through some bad times.  Her house burned down, and she had to move to temporary housing.  During this period, she was diagnosed with breast cancer. I am happy to report that she is back in her house and loves it.  It's comforting for her as she battles her cancer with chemotherapy treatments.  She lives in Minnesota with her teenage son Garret.  Her daughters Laura and Suzie have families of their own and live in Colorado.

Let's send a few extra prayers her way!
This picture was found Frances' Family Bible.  Does anyone have an idea of what it could be?
