I was talking to some online friends one evening and we all

decided to go to a private chat room because everyone

kept getting "booted" out. I was the one to make the chat

room and was inviting everyone in.

Before I got the chance to go back and make it a private room,

Chas had come in and just started out by saying hi.

I replied...that was in July 2000 and the rest is history !!!

Our first weekend of dating started out on Friday night.

We enjoyed a very nice and romantic candlelit dinner at

the Steak & Ale restaurant. On Saturday we drove to

Stone Mountain Park..visit their site at (www.stonemountainpark.com)

and had a wonderful time. The most special time for us

that day was during the Laser show spectacular.

Everyone gathers in the evening with their blankets spread out

on the ground that faces the mountain which is

turned into a one million square-foot natural screen for

the popular laser light show. Choreographed to music

in surround sound, the colorful laser beams and pyrotechnics

recreate dramatic stories, historic tales and create

comical characters and images. The atmosphere was wonderful.

It felt like we were there alone in the middle

of all those people. We enjoy visiting there often

with our children. At the time of our engagement,

we all had gone back there again, which was a

little over a year later. As the laser show

and music started we had just finished our picnic

and were all smiling and having a great time.

As the show continues, the song, "Great Balls Of Fire" (Jerry Lee Lewis)

was playing and Chas turned to me, in front of thousands of people,

down on both knees, holding the engagement ring,

took my hand, kissed it and said, "It would be an honor

if you would wear this ring and be my wife..

I love you...will you marry me?" Of course

I said YESSSSSSSSS with big hugs and kisses !!!!!!!!!!

He is so sweet and such a romantic guy...

I am so excited about becoming his wife !!!

Chas has said from the 2nd week he met me that he knew I was the one for him and that he wanted me for his wife from the beginning ... he also sang "Going To The Chapel" all the time ... from the 2nd week he met me.

Chas and I love spending time with each other and the 3 most wonderful children in the world!!! We all thank God daily for bringing us together. God has really blessed our family and we are very proud and honored to be chosen by God to become husband and wife and to be the parents of Tiffany, Kristen & Justin.
