Cheryl went to the shows with us. For the first one, we sat at a table down front. Greg walked by before the first show, and stopped to say hi. He asked if we were having a good time. Amy asked him to sign Ashley's postcard. He wrote "Wish you were here".

They did "Let it Snow" at the first show, and "Dancin' Down a Texas", a very catchy song they did for Wrangler (it was stuck in our heads the whole trip), and "One Ride in Vegas", about a bullrider, written by Daryl Dodd. Also, I got a hat! Greg always was throwing the wrangler hat to about the same area, and that's where we were sitting. Inside the hat, I later found, was a certificate for a pair of Wrangler's.

too bad the people at the bar are in the way!

Shann got his own guitar!  EK later told us it's Greg's old one

At the M&G, I got the Wranger hat signed. I gave Shann his snickers. Amy got a postcard signed for Cindy, and Greg wrote on it "Cindy, where are you?" Maggie got a cow keychain signed for Ash, and Greg and Heath even drew the Ricochet logo on it.

We also got some Hard Rock Cafe souveniers signed for gifts. We got a group picture, and Heath noticed Cheryl's sparkley shirt.

Then we went and sat up in the back, near Matt. We showed him some of the pictures we took on our digital cameras, told him about stuff we did. We invited Matt to go see the sign with us, and he said he'd think about it, see how tired he was.

During the second show, Eddie said his mom was there, and pointed her out. He sang part of "One Night at a Time" for her. It was great to hear that again.

After the show, at about 2:50am, we called Ashley. She was already up for school, and her whole family was up it seemed. We talked to her for a bit, and when Eddie walked by, got him on the phone. He said "Ashley, go to school. I'm going to bed now". It took her awhile to realize who it was.

When Shann walked over to us, we asked if he remembered Ashley. He did, so we put him on the phone. We asked him to tell her to go to school, and he did, with a very confused expression on his face. He asked what she was studying. He cussed a little. He was so surprised when she told him she was in high school! He had no idea. He told her he wouldn't have cussed if he had known. She wanted to kill us. He also said something to Ash about our stalker, that we had told him about, and he said they'd find him, and he's "kick his ass". Shann told Amy he does read his e-mail's, and if he doesn't write back, it's just cause he doesn't have time. We talked about "the enemy" (Lonestar), and Shann told us some big things were going to happen for Ricochet next year, but he couldn't say what right then. Or did he tell us that Sunday? I can't remember. They did say during the shows that Wrangler was going to sponsor them again next year.  Then we said goodnight.

Matt had decided not to go with us, he needed sleep more. We got the car out of Valet, at about 3:30am. We drove to the Strip, and down it until we found the sign. Maggie pulled off the road, and when the coast was clear, we ran across the street to the sign. We took lots of pictures.

Then we decided to drive downtown, just to see it. We saw some drunks walking around in the streets.......you have to watch out for them. Cheryl videotaped everything, but didn't have a clear shot of the cowboy from the street, so she jumped out to tape it, and we waited for he down the block. We didn't get to bed until almost 5am.
