John Paul has been able to hold his head up since birth. At 2 months, he already has great control of his neck! |

* Smiling*
John Paul started smiling voluntarily every time Mommy or Daddy talked to him when he was 5 weeks old. |

* Drooling*
John Paul started drooling at 6 weeks old. He slobbers all over anything that gets near his mouth! He definitely needs a bib! |

*Found his hand!*
John Paul found his hand at 7 weeks of age. |

*Sucks on his hand*
John Paul started sucking on his hand when he found it at 7 weeks of age and by 10 weeks he started sucking so hard that his hands developed little sores on the knuckles. |

*Sleeping through the night*
John Paul began sleeping 5 hours or more at a stretch when he was 7 weeks old. At 11 weeks old, he started sleeping 8 hours a night. |

*He talks!*
John Paul began to coo at us when we talked to him when he was 10 weeks old. |

*First Grabbed a Toy*
At 11 weeks old, John Paul grabbed his toys in his bouncer seat, play mat and car seat and even tried to put them in his mouth. |
