What happens when topics overlap?
When topics shift during a discussion, they may overlap a different group. Which group should handle any specific discussion?
For example, the Shmitta group discusses a specific aspect of material from the Kosher group.
When topics overlap, the general guideline is that the group with the more specific topic (in this case, Shmitta) discusses the areas of overlap.
Actually, it can't be any other way. If the discussion is not shifted to the Shmitta group, then there would be no need for that more specific group.
