Chain letters or other missives that have been passed among multiple groups are sometimes sent to our Shtender announcement group. It's very easy to see which postings have made the rounds. Only a subscriber who can personally stand behind a message can make a posting.
Our policy on this issue is clear: Chain letters will not be posted. Subscribers who attempt to post one chain letter will be warned. They will be removed from the group without further warning if they send a second chain letter.
