How this website is arranged:
Our Jewish Groups is arranged in a standard format. Each of the groups has certain specific pages and they all relate to comparable issues. Once you get used to the overall format, you'll find your way around Our Jewish Groups very easily. The pages to expect in each of the groups is as follows:
- Quotation. Not every web page has it, and you are welcome to submit a suitable quotation for any page in need.
- Introduction. You'll find an introductory file in every one of the groups listed here.
- Topics. Those groups which allow discussion will give samples of the kinds of topics which are accepted in the group.
- Excluded. Certain topics will not be entertained in the group for various reasons. The list of those types of topics is listed in the Excluded page.
- Related. If you like a particular group or if you find it relevant to your needs then you will probably enjoy the other groups listed in the related section as well.
- Who Joins. It gives information about the people who would find get the most benefit from that particular group.
- Not For lists the topics indicates which people would not find this group of relevance or value.
- Definition. In some cases it is necessary to explain what the group means or what the group title means or how it applies to us.
- Guidelines. Most groups have specific guidelines that differ from those of any other group and that has been developed over the course of running the groups. These supplement the general guidelines in our Guidelines section.
- Not For. Some people should not join the group. They would not be happy in it.
- Who May Join. These are the types of people who it is likely will gain some benefit from the group and it recommended that they join the group.
