All publishers of electronic media that is directed to a Jewish audience should join Jewish Electronic Publishing. The media could be in any electronic form, but the content or focus must be Jewish.
To clarify: Jewish Electronic Publishing is interested in the content of the publication, not whether the person who issues or coordinates it is himself or herself Jewish.
