The Hebrew Translating group guidelines supplement the general guidelines for all of our groups.
Our very strict guidelines against responding offline may be difficult to follow, since timeliness is often an important consideration.
Nonetheless, all responses must be made online without a copy to the person sending the query.
Actually, the delay is usually not a problem. The groups are moderated 3-4 times a day.
That means that the waiting time is bearable - and necessary.
The only exception to this guideline is the case of job offers.
