de omnibus rebus A cholent is a Shabbat meal that is prepared from just about anything and everything, including beans, potatoes, possibly some meat, eggs, or other good food that is put together in a thick sauce that simmers overnight.
It's hard to call a cholent a "leftover" because it's made for Shabbat. However, it doesn't really matter if some ingredients are changed from time to time. Although it will taste different, it will retain the delicious Shabbat flavor and make everybody happy.
Our Cholent group also has a little of everything. We hope you like our cooking.
