| Powersoul Additional perk: Power up when [Near death] Master Fist Additional perk: Power up when condition changes Ultimate Weapon: Premium Heart Tifa's Ultimate Weapon is located back at Midgar, but you can't get it in Disc 1 and you can't get it during the raid on Midgar in Disc 2. That's because it's in Wall Market and it isn't available until later in the game. But in order to go back, you have to find the Key to Midgar.
