(The Bishop moved from h3 to c8.
Now that the Bishop has moved out of the way, White's immediate threat is 2. Qh1#. Black can prevent this move in one of two ways:

1. ... Nf2 to which White replies: 2. Qxf2#

OR:

1. ... Bxg2 to which White replies: 2. Bxa6#
