(The Rook moved from f6 to e6, giving check.) Black now has only 1 possible reply:

1. ... fxe6 to which White replies 2. Qxe6 mate.

This is known as an epaulet mate because Black's two Rooks stand on either side of the King like epaulets (those shoulder ornaments on military uniforms.)
