'76 COBRA II

This is my 1976 Ford Mustang Cobra II.  It has numerous modifications including molded fender flares and custom, hand-painted and airbrushed Cobras on the lower front fenders to replace the factory stickers.

This is the fender Cobra that replaces the factory "stickers".

This was prom night quite a few years back.

More information and pictures on the drivetrain rebuild are still to come.  Check back often.

These are a few of the pics from when we took out the engine.  The first step in the restomod redo that I am currently trying to finish.  More pictures will come in as I get them.

These are a couple of quick pics I snapped of the motor.  I was in a hurry so they didn't turn out to well.

Here is my 4 speed tranny fresh back from the repair shop.

The paint was still in good shape when these pictures were taken.  It has since deteriorated and I am now in the process of sanding the car back down to bare metal.  The paint on the car was so thick that it actually started to peel back and separate itself from the body of the car.

This is from re-attaching the driver's flare...lost a leaf at 40mph!

Couple pics in the shop during header install, new wheels and tires, sidepipes, and sanding.

New Weld Draglites with Firestone Firehawk SS20...15x10 with 295/50/15s Rear and 14x7 195/70/14s Front.

These are in the sanding process, but right after the headers were put in.  Soon to come will be pictures
with the side louvers, rear spoiler, and chrome side pipes that are back on the car now.
