Trisha and Nicole grew up side by side. Their backyards sharing the same fence. They also grew up sharing family since they were cousins ("our grandmothers were sisters"). But as they got older they became something more important - best friends. Their escapades included playing the Glockenspiel in the PAL band, defending The Strike Zone, and escaping hurricane Bertha! (You'll have to ask if you want more detail.)
Trisha is the Assistant Director of Athletic Communication at Columbia University. Her help and patience has helped make this wedding a true success!
To Nicole, April will always be her little sister. As first cousins there was a natural closeness between them. But from day one there was a very special bond there even though they were seperated in age by 10 years. April is a student at the College of Staten Island where she is studying to be a teacher. She also must be a saint, because she has the patience to be a children's party planner at Country Lanes, Bowling Alley.
Nicole Giacomino
Nicole G. claims she saved Nicole C. That's debatable, but what isn't is how many laughs Nicole has added to life. Her sense of humor has helped us all to get through life with a smile. Nicole G, also known as Big Nicole, the Other Nicole and Nicole with the eyes, is a Music Therapist. Currently she is building a bereavement program for kids called AIM. Nicole is also a talented musician. You can catch her jazz duo with Sal Azzarelli at various Staten Island locations and at the wedding ceremony!
Kim Boyle
Kim and Nicole started their friendship fighting. Fighting over John Taylor from Duran Duran that is - as if either of them had a shot. Once they agreed to disagree on that one, the friendship grew. (Although we did fight over a few other guys here and there.) Kim is a Engineer with the MTA (no please don't complain to her about the subways). More importantly she and her husband Rob are expecting their first baby in October.
Kathy Giordano
Kathy has been one of Eric's best friends for many years. Starting back in high school, they realized they had a few things in common, music for one. Kathy is a very talented singer. She and Eric played together in a band called Special K and the Cereal Killers. They also share a love of sci-fi movies - not all of which are steller (they may be the only 2 that saw Battlefield Earth). Kathy is also a newleywed, she and Fred were married last April and are busy doing work on their new home.
