This part of the website has the profile of our favorite twin, Hitachiin Hikaru, directly from the book. I just left the personality parts and the food part the way it was (plural) because it was too tiresome to change (ok I was just to lazy).
Here's how I look at Hika kun. Basically, it's very easy to tell who's who. Hika kun, despite being the older twin, is less mature than Kao chan is... although he does seem to have control over Kao chan, and not just in club activities, either xDD He's going through the typical teenage stage. I think he's just trying to fit in with the crowd.

They're not really partial to spicy foods, so much as being contrary by eating whatever's "so fiery that nobody else dares try it." They do love maple syrup, though. Perhaps not the most ideal dining companions.
Personality: One word for their personalities is "dry". Very avid about the things they are interested in but quite apathetic toward things they are not.
Unlike Tamaki, they are calculating in their customer relations. They think women are easy. Still, they're just kids, so they sometimes do unexpected things. --> (Example) In "Hunny's Bun-Bun", they were "pretending to be scared", but in the end, they were genuinely upset (laugh). Just like kids who fake tears, only to wind up really bawling their heads off.
