Vegetable Beef Soup
1 lb ground beef
14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups water
10 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. white sugar

In a lg. pot over med. high heat, saute the ground beef or about 5 minutes, or till browned. Drain off excess fat.
Add the tomatoes, sauce, water, vegetables, soup mix & sugar. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
