PIG OUT CAKE
1-(18.25 oz) pkg. yellow cake mix
1-(11 oz) madarin oranges, save the juice
4-eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1- (16oz) container of frozen whipped topping
1-(15 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
1-(3.5 oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix


DIRECTIONS:
~Mix the cake mix, mandarin oranges with the juice, eggs, and oil.
Pour into three greased and floured 8-in baking pans (batter will be thin).

~Bake at 350 F till cake is done. (Approximately 25-30 minutes).

~Cool on wire racks.

~Mix together whipped topping, pineapple and instant pudding mix.

~Frost and fill cake.

~Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Makes approximately 10 servings.
