Sausage Gravy
1 lb. sausage
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk (can substitute for fat-free milk)
Salt, pepper and garlic, to taste

Cook sausage over medium heat till browned. Stir in flour till dissolved. Gradually stir in milk. Cook gravy until think and bubbly. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Makes about 4 servings for 2 buscuits each.
