Cheddar Artichoke Bites
20 slices French bread, toasted                                            
1 (6 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped     
1/4 cup roasted red peppers
2 tbsp sliced green onion
1 (10 az) pkg extra-sharp cheddar cheese, thinly sliced

Top toast slices with remaining ingredients. Place on cookie sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Garnish with additional red pepper and green onion.   Makes 20 servings.
