| 2 lbs ground beef 1 medium onion 2 eggs 1/4 pkg. crackers, crushed 1 tbsp Garlic (or more for garlic lovers) 1 tbsp Pepper 2 tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Fry until done (no pink when you cut into it). Pour grape jelly and chili sauce (or garlic chili sauce) into slow cooker and stir together. Turn heat to medium and stir occasionally, coating each meatball. Heat through. Makes between 16-24 meatballs, depending on size. |
