Creamy Spinach Casserole
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed fat-free cream of celery soup (can use cream of mushroom instead)
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt and/or cloved garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 (10 oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 onion, finely diced
1/2 to 1 cup musrooms

Saute onion, mushrooms and clove garlic in low-fat butter. Mix all ingredients in saucepan; whisk together and cook over medium heat until hot and thick.
