| The barrel gets filled with a constent flow of water coming from the creek. There is about 300 ft of the 1/2" poly pipe running in the creek, by staying in the creek that long it builds up it's speed and it stays cool. And then it goes up the ravine by itself in the barrel. | ||||||||||||||||||||||

| And then the water makes its way down to us by two different exits from the bottom of the barrel: one for the fridges and the other for showers, sinks, laundry. Having the barrel full of water allows us to have more pressure. And there is one last hole on the top of the barrel for overflow. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
