| Okay, so you're probably wondering why in God's name I would pick these two old guys to be my boyfriends. A threesome with two really old men. Sounds fun right? haha I actually saw Don and Phil last Friday. I went to see Simon and Garfunkel in Atlantic City. I would have had those two old guys instead (they aren't as old as Don and Phil) but they are already exes! They were fantastic! Oh my gosh. I'm still on cloud nine. So maybe you're wondering where I'm going with this. Well...we got a nice surprise! Simon and Garfunkel originally modeled themselves after The Everly Brothers so they invited them to go on tour for the Old Friends Reunion Tour. Instead of having an intermission or something Don and Phil came out and played a bunch of their hits. For those of you that aren't sure what they sang here are some popular ones: Wake Up Little Susie, Bye Bye Love, and All I Have To Do Is Dream. At the end of their set Simon and Garfunkel came out and sang with them. It was fantastic! All four of the guys still can sing! I was very impressed. So many old people lose it and aren't as good as they were in the old days and on CDs (well, orginally records, then tapes, THEN CDs) It was amazing to be in the same room with such legends. *swoon* But it's okay everybody, we have decided to keep our relationship platonic. haha, oh yeah, there is a reason I only put pictures of them when they were younger... :oP | ||||||||||||||||
