Critter Fuqua
Birth Name: I don't actually know if it's Critter for real but now it's Critter Fuqua
Born: At some point before I was but after my parents were...in Texas...but he grew up in Virginia
    Yes, his name is Critter.  Haha.  But it's fitting of him.  Not that he's an animal...it's just different.  Critter is a member of Old Crow Medicine Show which is this really fun band that play music that is kind of a mix between blues, folk, and country.  I really love them!  Kelly introduced me to them a couple months ago and while I don't listen to them 700 times a day like I used to, I listen to them all the time.  They are so fun!
     Critter is one of the singers and he plays the slide guitar and banjo.  He can play almost any stringed instrument as well as the accordion.  He wrote the song "Take 'Em Away" which is one of my favorite songs ever.  I think the lyrics were my away message for like 2 weeks.  He also wrote "Big Time In The Jungle" which is another song of the album that is really good.
     Their lives are just so cool.  They became famous after becoming "buskers" and playing on the street for money.  They drove around the country living in their car or with random people and just playing when they needed money.  The stories I've read of them are really awesome.
     I became interested in them when I heard Kelly listening to one of their songs called Wagon Wheel (which I LOVE).  It was originally written by Bob Dylan but they added some more words.  It's was kind of strange but it caught my attention.  Anyway, I want to live his life...with him, so he's my boyfriend this week!  I'm sorry the pictures aren't so great but he's kind of obscure.
In the top picture he's all the way on the right.  In the bottom picture he's all the way on the left.
In the left picture he's the one second from the right.  In the right picture he's the one in the white hat.
