Pat into an 8" square baking pan. 2. Bake in 1 a 350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until pale 1 golden. 3. In another bowl, beat together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon rind and juice. 4. Blend 2 tablespoons flour and baking powder, stir into mixture. 5. Pour over cooked base. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until set. 6. Dust with 2 tablespoons sifted icing sugar. Let cool in pan on rack. Cut dessert into squares.
