A copy of the registration form and waiver should be completed, signed, and brought to the club, along with a cheque, on the first night of play.
Please note that all members must provide an email address on the registration form as all future correspondence will be by email. All junior members must also provide a parent's email address as their alternate email address.
A signed registration form and waiver and agreement to club / school rules will be required before membership and participation will be granted.
