HUCO's brief history and goals

The Harvard University Club of Ottawa (HUCO) was founded in 1978 and consituted in 1981.� The club's mission is to represent Harvard University in the Greater Ottawa Area.� We thus seek to advance the interests and promote the welfare of the University and her alumni; we also provide an opportunity for all alumni in the area to come together for social and intellectual enrichment.

One vital function, served through the Social Committee, is to attract promising candidates to all degree programs of the University.� Anyone, but especially recent graduates, interested in interviewing prospective students, should so advise the Chair of the Schools Committee. Raising money for scholarships is another priorty.

The National Capital Harvard Business School Alumni Club was founded in 1989 and cooperates closely with HUCO. Anyone seeking further information should contact us by email.
