| Jacob Beechwood Squirrel Abbot Jacob has lived all his life at Redwall. He'a a red squirrel but his fur has greyed at an earlier age than usual. He used to be a warrior but never had to fight in any battles. He has retired from fighting but uses a staff to fight if he has to. |
| Jacob also plays- Rufus Rillflag- An otter Warrior who lives in the abbey. Alastor Sapwood- A hare from Salamandastron who holds the rank of galloper. |
