7.0: Generally the lowest acceptable level for me. It came from a medium level VCD/VHS source which means that it will have the normal slight fuzziness or lines that a VHS tape would have.
8.0: A clearer picture than what is described above, but might still have some very slight VCD/VHS type attributes, but also is very close to be totally clear.
9.0: No VHS type look to it. Generally this is something captured directly from a digital source.
10.0: This is your typical DVD to DVD transfer. (AKA DVDrip) Perfect Quality.
