Like every
morning Erik woke up looking at the other side of the bed, but it was
like every time empty. He let out a loud sigh and got up, walking
straight to the bathroom. He missed her soo much, she was his world, but
she was gone. She left him all alone in the cold.
Erik stepped into the shower and the water cooled his warm body.
As he realised, what kind of song they played in the radio, he rushed
out and switched it off.
"Damn!", he said out loud and tears were rolling down his
cheeks.
It was Toni Braxton's "Un-break my heart".
"She promised me not to leave!", he thought to himself, wiping
away the tears and stepping back into the shower.
~ Flashback ~
"I love you, Terisa!", Erik smiled happily at his girlfriend.
"You know that I love you more, baby!", she replied with a
smile.
"That's impossible! You can't love me, that much I love you!",
he grinned a kissed her hand.
"Okay you won! I'm so happy that I got you!", she told him,
looking deeply in his eyes.
"I'm the happiest person! I don't wanna lose you to anybody!",
he now said with a serious voice.
"I don't want nobody baby! You are the one! And I promise you here
and now, that I will never leave you, never!", she answered him
with tears in her eyes. He looked at her for a moment and then their
lips connected to a passionate kiss, he will never forget.
~ End Flashback ~
"Why she left me though?", he told himself, plopping on the
couch, in the living room. He looked around and everything reminded him
of her. Even the smell in the living room.
~ Flashback ~
"Mr. Estrada!", a man with a white coat came over to Erik.
"What is with her? Is she going to be okay?", Erik nervously
and in a rush asked the man.
"I'm so sorry!", the doctor said. "We did everything we
could, but we're really sorry, she couldn't make it!", the doctor
sadly looked at Erik placing his hand on Erik's shoulder.
Erik couldn't say anything, but cry. He let out a loud scream and
kneeled down on the floor and screamed: "No she is too young to
die! You can't let her die! TERRRRRIIISSSSAAAA!"
~ End Flashback ~
. His glance fell on a picture, they made on their last vacation
together. He got up and took the picture in his hand. A smile on Erik's
face was to be seen. Again were tears rolling down his cheeks and he
caressed Terisa with his thumb. "I MISS YOU!", he whispered
over and over again. "Oh Lord! Why she left me?", he said out
loud, looking above.
Suddenly there was a soft touch on his shoulder. He looked around, but
couldn't see anyone, no one was there.
"Don't be scared baby!", a familiar voice whispered to him.
"It's me Terisa!"
"Oh my god Terisa! I miss you sooo much!", Erik cried
"I miss you too, baby!", she replied.
"I miss you! Why you left me here all alone??", he asked
looking in the air.
"I didn't leave you. I'm always here with you. Everywhere you go, I
go too! I would never leave you, never forget that!", she whispered
to him again.
Then there was a brightly light in the dark living room and seconds
later it was gone.
"I love you Terisa!", Erik said somewhat quietly, wiping his
tears away.
"I love you more!", he heard from far away.
Erik positioned the picture, looked at it once more. Went over to the
windows and opened the Venetian blinds, then he took his keys from the
key-board and left the house.
It was the first time, since Terisa died.
